Do you offer a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan lets you test the product with up to 100 members and 1 community. Upgrade anytime.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans are billed upfront with ~20% savings compared to paying monthly. Prorations apply on upgrades.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support major cards and wallets via Stripe. Availability varies by country.

Do you charge platform fees?

Yes, a small platform fee per plan tier. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply.

Can I gate Discord channels by tier?

Yes. Map roles to plans and we’ll handle channel access based on active membership.

Do you support one‑time purchases?

Yes. In addition to subscriptions, you can sell single‑purchase perks or timed passes.

How are API keys secured?

Keys are encrypted at rest, rotated on demand, and never logged in plaintext. Webhooks are signed with HMAC.

Are you compliant with SCA/3DS?

Yes—handled by Stripe during checkout. We never store card numbers.

Is there an API and SDKs?

Yes. Use our REST API or the JavaScript/Python SDKs. Webhooks cover all lifecycle events.

Do you have a sandbox?

You can test end‑to‑end using the Free plan and Stripe test mode. No credit card required.

Can I import members from Patreon?

Yes—use our importer or the API to migrate members and perks.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrades/downgrades are supported with automatic proration.
